In achieving my fitness goals, I could not only work out under the instruction of Kim Ayres, Owner of Mission Accomplished but also have her educate & guide me on the food portion of my goals to be in the best shape possible. I have been working with Kim for the past four years and have learned so much about the food we should put into our bodies for maximum potential for our health. I will implement this knowledge for others to learn so they can be in their best health. It’s a learning curve and not accomplished overnight, but it can be achieved with time, patience, and perseverance. “Trusting the Process!”
